How to Send and Receive Money

Via Mixx USSD Menu

  • Dial *150*01#
  • Select “1” to send money or
  • Select 1 To send to Mobile number or 2 with cashout Fee or 3 to other networks or 4 to other Countries 

Via Mixx Super App

  • Open the Mixx Super App
  • Choose the option to Send Money 
  • You can either select a contact from your phone’s address book by tapping “choose” or manually input the recipient’s number. 
  • Input the amount and press next 
  • Enter the amount and tap next. 
  • A page will appear displaying the receiver’s name; enter your password to finalize the transaction

What is the process of sending money?
  1. Dial *150*01#
  2. Select 1 to send money.
  3. Select 1 to enter receiver number.
  4. Enter receiver number.
  5. Enter amount.
  6. Enter PIN to confirm sending.

There are no charges for receiving money, its free.

You can call the Customer Care Agent by dialing 100. Mixx agent will confirm if your transaction has been successful or not and assist immediately.

Or you can do a self-reversal by Dialing:

  1. *150*01#
  2. Choose option 6, Self-Care.
  3. Select Number 1, Transaction Reversal
  4. Choose the transaction you want to reverse from a list by selecting a number.
  5. Input your Mixx PIN to confirm.
  6. Or go to Mixx super App select self care and choose self reversal
